My E-Design Process

After purchasing your chosen service through the store on the website, you will receive a Questionnaire, which is available immediately for download. This helps me get to know you, your style, likes and dislikes and crucially your needs and wants for your space.

Once I have received your completed Questionnaire, a link will be shared via email within 24-48 hours for you to book in time for the Consultation. The consultation is a 90 minute video call, when we discuss your design brief further. At this time I gather more information about you and your project, I absolutely love the chance to speak face to face.

Based on your Questionnaire and our Consultation, I will go head start designing your space based off your brief, budget and crucially your wants and needs for your space. You will be provided with colour palettes, 2/3 layout options, a shoppable board with key furniture and flooring pieces to truly bring the design scheme together. (Each service is different as has a clear set of deliverables so please check to see what suits you best).

Your completed design pack will be delivered to your inbox within 2/3 weeks dependent on levels of business. But of course I will let you know which!

Aftercare means support, you will have questions when you start to implement the design which I will be able to help with. What it means is, you just won’t be alone I will be on hand to help.
