I’m Jessica, owner who specialises in period properties renovations, helping homeowners adapt and update their homes to create a harmony between the charm of beautiful period features and the demands of modern life.

Life is busy and it can be difficult to know where to begin when renovating a period home, the demands we place on our homes have shifted massively in recent years, and they have to work harder for us now than ever before.
At Studio Smith, I love blending the old and the new, crafting homes that reflect our clients’ individuality with timeless designs, from space planning, colour consultancy and designing bespoke joinery. Our process is completely bespoke as no project is ever the same and we can help you plan, design and deliver a period home that works seamlessly for you and your family.
Whether you’re looking for advice on a particular challenge, are struggling to make sense of your own ideas or lack inspiration altogether, I will use my experience and knowledge of period homes to help to turn your dream into reality.
I provide in person interior design services throughout Birmingham, Solihull, Moseley, Sutton Coldfield, Knowle and Dorridge, the surrounding West Midlands and Beaconsfield. My E-design services are specifically designed to cater to Clients throughout the rest of the UK.
