A one-hour remote layout consultation
You already have a set of detailed floor plans in place but still feel unsure about parts of the layout. They might not feel quite right, you might be questioning a few decisions, or perhaps everything looks fine on paper but you’d like reassurance before committing to such a major investment.
This session is for people early in a renovation, clients working with architects who want a second set of eyes, or anyone stuck between layout options and needing help deciding what actually matters.
Not all layout issues are equal. Some simply can’t be solved in an hour. If that’s the case, I’ll tell you and suggest my Curated Spaces support instead.
What happens
Before we meet, I review your submitted plans
I prepare redline notes and overlay sketches to show where the layout could work harder.
In our 60-minute Zoom session, we walk through how the space needs to function for you day to day. I’ll flag pressure points, test ideas you’re unsure about, and help you prioritise decisions.
Afterwards, you receive the notes and overlay sketches so you have a clear direction forward.
When this isn’t the right fit
You’re moving structural walls or redesigning the footprint
You don’t have any furniture drawn into your plan or it’s indicative
Your plans aren’t drawn to scale and show rooms, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures and key appliances so we can use the hour properly.
Those situations need a more in-depth piece of work under Curated Spaces.
Homes over 250sqm require two appointments.
